[Bf-modeling] Grease pencil change

Friends,

I've only started making any use out of this feature, and find one 
highly annoying aspect of it: in erase mode, the cursor is identical to 
the cursor for the "circle select" tool. I'd like to see just a bit of 
differentiation, perhaps making the grease pencil erase tool a color 
other than white. I'd also like to keyboard shortcuts defined for the 
various draw modes. Has anyone developed any that they would recommend?
