Good list.  Some questions/comments:

For Face-Concave-Split, I think you mean to say "Makes all ngons convex".

For Dissolve-Overlap, I'm not sure I understand. A picture would help.
Do you mean a case where two faces appear to share an edge but one
of the edges is actually split into several edges by one or more valence-2
vertices?

For Remove Doubles (non-manifold) I think I also need a picture to
see what you are suggesting.

The fact that I feel I need pictures may mean that we might have to find
names that more accurately describe the functions.
