[Bf-linux] [patch] Compiling 2.44 with gcc4.3

Hi,

I've been notified[1] that blender wasn't buildable with gcc 4.3 without
a few modifications. 4.3 hasn't been released yet but there was already
a huge header cleanup in the available snapshots, that's why I had to
patch 2.44 with the attached patch to get it buildable with gcc 4.3.

Please let me know if you want me to check another patch or something
related to gcc 4.3.
