[Bf-interface] Revising the video output interface

Hi, Sam. I like the proposal, makes more sense than the current ui.
Specially the checkbox for audio encoding, no more rendering silent movies
by mistake :)

I'd remove the "None" option in Audio encoding if there's going to be a
checkbox, seems redundant. Also, I think the ui element you used for video
presets can't be used for that. There's a specific function to draw preset
menus (search would be cool though).

Let's see what the team says.
