[Bf-gamedev] Blender on Steam

Perhaps I should have stated that the foundation does not have the
manpower to maintain yet another platform.   Dalai & Bastian are quite
busy with making new features that are sorely needed and making them
maintain another platform so we can get at the code in yet another
fashion is a waste of their time.  I'm all for steam integration.  I'm
a huge steam fan but putting the devs that are actually working on new
tools and who don't have enough time in the day as it is is just sorta
silly.   We already can access Blender through the official website,
builder.blender.org, graphical.org, and directly through git.  Letting
the gamedev focused devs work on new tools and features outweighs the
slight convenience we gain by having them work to put it on steam.
Now if somebody else wants to volunteer, great!  I'll take the
convenience.  Yay!
