[Bf-funboard] text effect could use a font change setting

Thanks for all the discussion, especially Julian. That's interesting that
it's so complex to load a font. Everyone's right-- blender is the best free
VSE out there (like After effects and premiere combined) I am glad, as an
editor, that the everyone has been giving more attention to it recently.
