[Bf-funboard] corner draggable panels and panels that respond when another is close

Hi gang,

Wouldn't it be handy if we could drag on corners as well as have adjacent panel edges respond to edges being dragged close to them by a set pixel distance? I occasionally lose panels if I move them too close and sometimes inch them very close without covering them fully so as not to lose them. I also sometimes drag a panel down and run into another one below it, and have to move the other one down too, in addition to sometimes wanting to expand a panel both vertically and horizontally. So my proposal would be corner draggable panels and responsive adjacent panels. Know what I mean? You could have them pop back the other way the same distance if you wanted to move them back quickly. 

Just a thought and I'm sure it's easier said than done, but I figured it would be a very user friendly feature. Is there a wishlist somewhere? Just kidding, you all do great work and I know implementing features can be tricky.
