[Bf-funboard] Transforming without manipulators

Hi everyone,

a small suggestion I had in mind, working on a rig - when translations are
locked on an object/bone, click-drag on this object makes it rotate
instead, right ? Well I'm building this rig where a few bones are
scale-only, so I wondered if this behaviour could be applied to scaling as
well, id est falling back to scaling if both translations and rotations are
locked. That would be handy.
