[Bf-funboard] Bf-funboard Digest, Vol 90, Issue 20

You can lock in your panel order by pressing CTRL-U. Then all scenes you
create from the default setup will always have your preferred setup. If you
open up a BLEND file from another source make sure to disable Load UI when
you open it so you do not inherit the embedded setup.
