[Bf-funboard] additional proportional edit mode? Connected project 2D

I love the new "projected (2D)" proportional edit mode. But I find myself having to return to "connected" far more often then I would want,or hiding/unhhiding vertices much more then before, even when I need to see the result immediatly.

I would propose  a "Connected project (2D)"  This would only influence the connected vertices but in the new projected manner. This would give us more control about what projected 2D actually influences.
