just to clarify: wire/outline color *already* changes on transform - in
many themes it turns white. What I'm suggesting is to change it to a
*different* color as a subtle reminder that a keyframe will be layed
down if you have autokeying on - such as red.
I actually would recommend paring this with another suggestion, such as
a notification of keyframes inserted after the transform is confirmed
(similar to the keying set confirmation notification)
