[Bf-funboard] Animated view transformation

Wow fantastic.

These are the kinds of things Blender really needs. 
Simple non-interfering usable interface enhancements.

The geospacial information being given to users with this patch is 
really really worth it.  it really helps communicate a change in visual 
location.
