[Bf-funboard] Static Particle Movement

It would be great if animated-static particles could avoid/move out of the 
way of meshes coming near them. Currently, the particles only move according 
the the mesh they came from. This means that if I had a character that was 
covered with animated-static particles who had limbs and was moving another 
object towards its body, the other object would almost appear to disappear. 
Some sort of vertex detection or physics engine might do the trick?
