[Bf-funboard] Blender In-Panel Logo / Badge

Hmmm.. not very usefull in my opinion, but isn't it like that for all
cosmetic things?

I guess it could be included like yet another theme component.  Like one
for the "Rounded" theme, another for the "Dark" theme and so.
