I posted this to the IRC channel, just thought I'd post it here as well 
for the UI guys.

Have a look at these screenshots in order, then use Back and Forward 
buttons in browser to see difference.

The images aren't meant to be final, just to illustrate the difference 
between having the current version info ( which looks like debug 
information ), and a bitmap badge ( even as a transparent PNG so you can 
still change the color of the panel behind it ).

A few people expressed a like for the Header2.jpg one.


If you UI guys are reading ( Matt etc ), this might be one to keep in mind.
