[Bf-funboard] New Draw Faces v Old

Hi,
You can show situations that give the exact opposite. Both options have
its charm, and work for some situations better or worse.
Before starting to make choices, or add too many user options, I'd like
to see a coherent proposal for useful drawing options in Mesh modeling.
Including face normals, vertex sizes, edge hilites, hiding of vertices,
etc.
The editmesh drawing code is pretty straightforward, and fun to play
with!
