[Bf-education] Blender Video Projects Library

I must have missed this, can someone (re) explain what this Blender Video 
Projects Library is?

The reason I ask is that I am brewing on a new addition for the Blender 
Education website and it might be close to what this video library is, so 
can you please explain. In this way, I can adjust my plans accordingly.
