About the submission deadline.
How do you see it, perhaps there would be two possible deadlines?
1. A deadline for someone whose applied to be certified. Meaning how long have you got to
submit material for certification after you apply? Do you forfit the right to do so at some point?
2. Is it a good idea to only accept applicants during a certain period within the year? What
about the people that perhaps don't hear about it untill september? They may have to wait 3/4
of a year to apply then. It depends on the payment as well, if you are certified now, do you
have to pay again next year? And what if someone wants to be certified a month before the
next year starts? Do they pay twice within two months (if you have to pay and resubmit every
year)? Personally I'd be in favour of allowing people to apply year round, that spreads the
workload for the 'board' a bit as well, unless they prefer having one really big batch each year.
Just some thoughts
