[Bf-education] Blender Certification - Pushing Forward

Hi,

I think this is probably the right way to handle it (at least for this
first year).  Of course, that means we'll need one more thing added to
the list of things we need: private upload space (ftp?) for people to
upload their tutorials (video or pdf) if the don't have them hosted
somewhere else on the web.
