[Bf-docboard] wiki write access

While following the Python Visual Studio setup page, I ran into an instruction that was out of date for VS2019 that I wanted to update. However, I was not able to login to the wiki with either my Blender ID or my blender issue ID.

Is there another account I need to get write access to the wiki?
