[Bf-docboard] Regarding translation from English to Japanese

Hello.
I'm Rei. I'm Japanese university student studying computer Engineering.

There are still little document about blender2.8 written in Japanese.
So I want to help translation of  this document into Japanese.
If anyone give me a commit permission of document translation, I will use
my time for blender.
