[Bf-docboard] Request for localisation of Blender Manual into Slovenian language

Hi, Aaron!

Thank you for adding me. I have already translated some of the files and I
was just wondering, if I should commit those changes streight to the
repository or submit them as a pach (I've been reading the Patch & Commit
section
<https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/about/contribute/patch_commit.html>
of the Manual). I am sorry if this is supposed to be really simple and
straightforward, but I don't want to risk breaking anything.
