[Bf-docboard] Missing Displacement Node?

The displacement node is something that was added in blender after the
release. So it hasn't been documented yet. Hopefully soon we can lay the
2.7x manual to rest (Still a couple of big missing areas). After these get
done we can move to start working on 2.8.
