[Bf-docboard] Missing Displacement Node?

Dear All:


Someone found that there is detailed description(https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/render/cycles/nodes/types/vector/displacement.html) about displacement node in Cycles render, but displacement node doesn't exist in the node menu at all.
So, is this page out-dated, or displacement node missing in the node menu?
