[Bf-docboard] simplified chinese Blender maual has not been refreshed for more than 24 hours

I've noticed that simplified chinese Blender maual(https://docs.blender.org/manual/zh.cn/dev/) has not been refreshed for more than 24 hours. but other languages seems keeping up-to-date.
Please help check if there is something wrong, thanks ahead.
