[Bf-docboard] Request for adding Japanese to locale

Hello everyone,


I'm software engineer in Japan.

I want to contribute to translate blender-docs into Japanese.
But I found Japanese is not listed in translatable languages below.
https://developer.blender.org/diffusion/BMT/browse/trunk/blender_docs/locale/

Could you (someone can manage it) add Japanese (ja) locale into the repo?
And I would appreciate it if you could approve me to be able to commit to
the repo.
