The simplified chinese manual didn't refresh again.
Is it another side effect? 
Please help check and fix it.

They were changed to match https://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_language_codes.asp
I am sorry about not telling anyone, I just did not feel like looking for emails.
If there any negative impacts from this change then let me know.

I was freaked out to find that the translations in updated po files(from zh.cn directory) was all emptied. 
I don't know the reason for the change, but I think the translators should be notified for this change.
