[Bf-docboard] svn path change for simplified chinese translations

I just found that the svn path change for simplified chinese translations was changed from https://svn.blender.org/svnroot/bf-manual-translations/trunk/blender_docs/locale/zh.cn to https://svn.blender.org/svnroot/bf-manual-translations/trunk/blender_docs/locale/zh-hans.
I was freaked out to find that the translations in updated po files(from zh.cn directory) was all emptied. 
I don't know the reason for the change, but I think the translators should be notified for this change.
