[Bf-docboard] Manual build jail down for a while

Hi,

Just a heads up that due to one of the HDD's in the server that builds the
manual tossing more sector relocations in SMART, and an old HDD sector size
ZFS mismatch, we opted to replace both drives with some brand new ones, and
thus the server will be down for a few hours while it does some diagnostics
and gets a nice clean install. This won't affect accessing the manual via
docs.blender.org, only building and updating of the manual.
