I'm a chinese blender user.
I've translated some sections of manual to simplified chinese, but I don't have the access to  commit simplified chinese translation of manual. The process of submitting diffs is inconvenient and time-consuming.
I'd like to contribute more to the translation of blender manual, so I'm here to apply for access to  commit simplified chinese translation of manual.
