[Bf-docboard] svn checkout error

Hi, KyjelBlue,

Thanks helping! Aside  from the SVN issues, in order to get started you
need an account on https://developer.blender.org/
I did a quick search and found this
https://developer.blender.org/p/kyjelblue/ but I want to make sure this is
your account first.
I will see if I can upload the Korean translation files even with the SVN
issues.
