Hi, if you talk about blender wiki **manual**, the wiki is (sigh) no 
more the place where manual is mantained. It is since long on 
http://www.blender.org/manual/, and all edits must be done in another, 
totally different, mode. Localized version can be done, but it works 
totally different respect to the wiki.
