[Bf-docboard] Blender Manual: D1899: Home Section Descriptions

Hello everybody,

Add a two column layout to home: Sections and a short description of the 
content of each section.

I want to invite you to review the text. Make sure that your favorite 
section is represented well.
Especially if your a native speaker - we shouldn't welcome the user with 
bad writing quality.

The structure:

.. container:: tocdescr     | a wrapper around the whole object

    .. container:: descr     | a wrapper for each section

       :doc:`/interface/index`     | link, = definition list
          An introduction to Blenders window system, widgets and tools. 
     | the text <- edit here

Please edit the text directly in the patch diff.
