Thanks for the post.

Thats nice but, what do you want people to do.
I think the thing that is most lacking is people adding new content, and or updating old content, and reporting problems.
Even if people write new content in the wiki format, preformatted html, notepad with picture ID's, or some word doc, that would be a good start.

When I go to the manual, I see pages with problems, though thats my opinion, im not sure what BD/BF wants in a manual.
It would be good if some people could review some pages in detail.
Even if they are opinions, people could agree or disagree on opinion later.
I know people dont like to review other peoples work, but thats how problems get solved.
If people dont want to review other peoples work, maybe someone could write some fake pages with good and bad examples, then review them.
Then people could use them as an example to review other pages.

I like the 'Report a problem' idea, though I find it a bit vague.
It would be nice there was some small example of what people should report.

For example:
* Spelling mistakes.
* Bad grammer.
* To much reference.
* Hard to understand.
* Page Review.
* Restructure Proposals.

I dunno, just some idears.
