[Bf-docboard] Page Updates - mesh editing; also mesh editing section thoughts

These pages are live in the wiki.

A while back I had proposed moving the objects sub-section into the
"interaction in 3d" section. I think Empties should be under the object
section too, and the "group objects" doesn't need to have a subsection, as
it's redundant. Also, I don't like that there's a page called
"miscellaneous tools"
