[Bf-docboard] Proposal for new wiki update work.

Hi Everyone,
Just to let everyone know that, following discussion with Kesten,  I am about to embark on updating and filling holes in the Materials chapter, hopefully to be followed by Textures and Lighting chapters.
 
I am not an expert in these fields, so if anyone else who knows this stuff wants to take over/help, let me know.
