[Bf-docboard] Do we need a Blender Manual?

@Video tutorials:

There are two different types of video tutorials are out there:

1. Tutorials that explain ONE basic concept at a time, with worked-out
examples
    (Example: Neal Hirsig's excellent video course
http://gryllus.net/Blender/3D.html)

2. Tutorials with a complex project that use many Blender tools/techniques
    (Example: Blender Cookies, BlenderGuru)

Only the first type can be easily mapped to the wiki (either Reference
Manual or user Manual).
This linking will serve both types of users equally well:
* Users who need the video lessons to complement the wiki
* Users who want to only view the videos (rather than reading the wiki)

The second type video uses so many techniques that you cannot cross-refer
to it from a wiki.
They are best used as a stand-alone tutorials.
