[Bf-docboard] Nav bar translation

Hi Mad, the same template could be used to do a modified template to PT-BR Pages, 
course, following the guidelines. 
 
I did it today, the other templates to PT-BR will be done when necessary.

The template is the same, with the adittion of :BR in the end

and the template will be as follows:

http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Template:UM/navigator:BR

Use inside your pages. The link is to Manual:BR
