[Bf-docboard] wiki refactor notes: namespaces (Doc: Manual/Tutorials/Theory)

Hi,

I've recently finished to reorganize a bit Manual and Tutorials.

All Manual pages are now under
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:Manual
and Tutorials are under
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:Tutorials
There's a new section at
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:Theory

"Reference" is still in the works, I'll write about this later.
I'll split notes about this in different mails for clarity.
