[Bf-docboard] Translation of Blender Essential. Is it legal?

The only part of "The Essential Blender" that is copyrighted is the layout.
Otherwise the text and the screen captures are CC and can be use/translated.

This being said the book is already very much outdated and it might be 
just easier to write a new one.

If you are looking for an interesting project the translation of the 
next Gamekit to Russian could be one. It is due for Christmas if Carsten 
can - lots and lots of last minute changes in the BGE. It will also be 
under CC license.
