[Bf-docboard] Vertex parenting in the Docs?

Hi again,

I looked for some information on vertex parenting, but I failed finding 
anything on this topic in the Doc. Did I missed something, or is the topic 
free for some documentation writing?

In which Chapter such documentation should feature: Chapter 5. ObjectMode? or 
close to Chapter 6. Object Hooks, which is a quite close topic?

Please tell me: I'm not familiar at all with Hooks and I don't want to do 
double-work.
