[Bf-docboard] Contribution to Chapter 10: Raytraced transparencies

OK, we currently have bad weather here in South of France so I had to postpon 
some of my projects. The good news is that I managed to write the Raytraced 
transparencies part in the interval. Here's the link to the Oo.org document,
