[Bf-docboard] New projects site, mailinglist

Hi,

With the move to a new server for the projects website we also moved  
all mailinglists over. This all will ensure a working infrastructure  
when the sites get attacked. :)

For the docboard relevant is to change the links to mailman; which now  
is

http://projects.blender.org/mailman/

It's a couple of times mentioned in the documents I noticed. :)
