[Bf-docboard] Thanks for helping with the new 2.3 guide!

Hi Jason,

The TOC of the guide is complete
and the DocBoard PDF is now >750 pages.

The guys doing DTP are doing their best in squeezing it into
the available 560 :o pages. I'll talk to Ton to see if we can include it...
but I cannot promise... sorry... How long is it?
