You can get a copy of the DocBook/XML files from the cvs server. More
info about that is here: http://projects.blender.org/cvsx/?group_id=7

If you don't want to work with DocBook, you can either use the HTML
version or I can prepare a .rfm file that you can load into Microsoft
Word.
