Be sure to visit www.docbook.org, and keep an eye on the Blender Manual
- we'll include a section on setting up your system for DocBook, and how
to learn it.

I personally like Anjuta (www.anjuta.org) for Linux or EditPlus for
Windows. They offer syntax highlighting and editing multiple documents,
but have no advanced DocBook/XML features..
