Various Improvements to 3D View Docs

- Remove unnecessary note about square image for the UV layout export add-on.
- Remove unnecessarily specific comment about middle-mouse emulation
  and area focus in the 3D viewports "Orbit" docs.
- Note that Alt locks to axes when orbiting.
- Link to rotate angle preference from "Roll" docs.
- Link to "Auto Perspective" from projection docs.
