Community: Remove mention to Certified Trainer and Blender Cloud

* Remove mention to Certified Trainer program as it has been discontinued
* Update Blender Cloud to Blender Studio
* Replace text mentioning that Blender Cloud provides support, with "training material"
* Replace "you can easily report a bug" with "please report a bug".
  Reporting bugs is not always easy or simple.
