Naming: Use "Video Sequencer" instead of "VSE"

VSE was an older acronym from before 2.8x naming changes.
To be more consistent we now should just use "Video Seqeuncer" to avoid confusion.
Also, in the future the Video Sequencer may be renaimed, see T89266.
