[Bf-cycles] XML Mesh data

Hi everyone

I read XML API about mesh and notice "Mesh can be defined in two ways. 1. Embeded mesh data"
Is meaning I can import other 3d model file(3ds, fbx) mesh format into XML file?

Where can I get more data about XML
